Mass Properties Engineer Associate (Start ASAP)

L3Harris seeks an Associate Mass Properties Engineer in Waco, TX to support aircraft modification mass properties analyses and documentation.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting mass properties analyses related to aircraft modification programs.
• Supporting the Lead Weight & Balance (W&B) Engineer in preparing detailed analyses documenting modification impacts on aircraft mass properties.
• Assisting in preparing thorough, well-written documentation, reports, and other communications efficiently and effectively.
• Participating in and representing the Mass Properties Group on program teams, internal meetings, and customer briefings.
• Supporting engineers in analyses, including assisting with test events, weighing parts, and recording data.
• Interacting with multiple departments to carry out assigned duties.
• Supporting day-to-day aircraft Weight & Balance data/logbook maintenance, including updates for inventories, modifications, and weighings.
• Upholding the highest ethical standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Applicants pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Math, or Physics, or those who have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.
