Contribute to TIAA’s 10-week summer internship to support strategic marketing and communications projects across diverse business functions.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support high-impact business initiatives by contributing to meaningful projects aligned with business objectives and client outcomes
- Coordinate project materials and meetings to ensure seamless information flow across teams
- Conduct independent research to gather market intelligence, competitive analysis, and supporting documentation
- Assist in data collection and analysis for marketing and communications efforts
- Help develop client journeys and recommend optimizations for client experience
- Inventory marketing and communication materials to identify improvement opportunities
- Map marketing processes and identify steps for enhancement
- Prepare draft presentations for leadership
- Attend company functions including training programs, executive speaker series, lunch-and-learns, and networking events
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree-seeking program
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Well organized, detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and build strong relationships
- High degree of personal integrity and work ethic
- Effective project and time management skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $22.00 - $30.00
