Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated (Aug 2025 - May 2026) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
  • Available to begin full-time work between September 2025 and July 2026
  • Degree obtained within 12 months of the date of hire
  • U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum/refugee status due to U.S. export control laws
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
  • Relevant internships or co-op experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles; Six Sigma experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
  • Industrial design talent and ability to learn new technologies
  • Eagerness for hands-on work and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Good verbal and written social skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $68,000 - $125,600
