Join Honeywell as a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience improving manufacturing efficiency and process optimization.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Assist in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste
  • Support the implementation of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure product quality
  • Gain exposure to various manufacturing technologies and equipment
  • Participate in data analysis and problem-solving activities
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a similar field from an accredited college or university
  • Must graduate December 2026 or later and continue enrollment in the degree program upon completion of the internship
  • Validated academic excellence with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Authorization to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment
  • Industrial design talent
  • Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience is a plus
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and results-oriented demands
  • Good interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly base pay range: $20.00/hr - $42.00/hr (salary offers consider experience, education, skills, and market factors)
  • Relocation benefits and short-term housing provided if assigned work location is 50 miles or more from candidate’s residence (excluding Puerto Rico and Canada)

Training & Development

Interns receive hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, professional development, and mentorship within a global organization.
