Join ABB as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to support operations, improve manufacturing processes, and gain hands-on experience in a global leader company.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the operations team to solve problems and support on-time delivery of high-quality ABB products
  • Leveraging customer insights and ABB’s offerings to identify suitable solutions that meet customer expectations
  • Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative efforts
  • Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills
  • Supporting manufacturing transformation activities such as layout improvements, tool organization, and visual management
  • Driving a safety culture by identifying improvements to work areas and processes

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in the United States
  • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards
  • Strong collaboration skills to convey ideas, share information, and provide project updates

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rate between $20 - $34, based on qualifications, graduation year, and experience
  • Internships in the U.S. are not eligible for company-sponsored medical benefits, 401(k) contributions, or paid time off
