Support manufacturing engineers in developing production solutions and maintaining documentation at AAON Memphis.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in manufacturing engineering tasks like fixture design, cost reduction, and quality control.
  • Conducting process capability studies for various manufacturing processes.
  • Contributing to projects related to 6S, equipment, and production line flow.
  • Updating and enhancing plant layout drawings.
  • Performing other assigned duties under the mentorship of the manufacturing engineer.

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program with a minimum of 4 semesters in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
  • Have experience with CAD software, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge.
  • Communicate effectively in written and spoken form.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Exhibit good decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $25.00 per hour.
