Support manufacturing engineers in developing production solutions and maintaining documentation at AAON Memphis.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in manufacturing engineering tasks like fixture design, cost reduction, and quality control.
- Conducting process capability studies for various manufacturing processes.
- Contributing to projects related to 6S, equipment, and production line flow.
- Updating and enhancing plant layout drawings.
- Performing other assigned duties under the mentorship of the manufacturing engineer.
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program with a minimum of 4 semesters in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
- Have experience with CAD software, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken form.
- Possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Exhibit good decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
