Manufacturing Engineer Associate (Start ASAP)

L3Harris seeks an Associate Manufacturing Engineer in Camden, AR to develop and implement manufacturing engineering plans and support new product releases.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements and projects.
• Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.
• Manage product and process change through participation in change control boards.
• Support production validation builds on new or modified processes.
• Define and implement production system standards, including staffing models, and provide training to Engineers and Technicians.
• Estimate and track manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines.
• Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Applicants pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or who have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.
• Ability to work a 4/10 schedule (10 hours per day, 4 days a week) in Camden, AR.
• Willingness to comply with pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks.
• Eligibility to obtain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
