L3Harris seeks an Associate Manufacturing Engineer in Camden, AR to develop and implement manufacturing engineering plans and support new product releases.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
- Collaborate with Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements and projects.
- Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.
- Manage product and process change through participation in change control boards.
- Support production validation builds on new or modified processes.
- Define and implement production system standards, including staffing models, and provide training to Engineers and Technicians.
- Estimate and track manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines.
- Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Applicants pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or who have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.
- Ability to work a 4/10 schedule (10 hours per day, 4 days a week) in Camden, AR.
- Willingness to comply with pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks.
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
