Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:  

• Learning plant operations, including safety, finance, HR, and sales.  
• Managing production employees and assisting with recruitment and training.  
• Overseeing production and shipping schedules.  
• Maintaining quality standards and implementing cost control initiatives.  
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.  
• Driving efficiencies in transportation scheduling and management.  
• Being open to relocation post-program completion.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:  

• A Bachelor's degree in Operations/Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields.  
• Self-motivation, goal-driven attitude, and willingness to learn.  
• Process and systems orientation.  
• Ability to work cross-functionally.  
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
