Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Learning plant operations, including safety, finance, HR, and sales.
- Managing production employees and assisting with recruitment and training.
- Overseeing production and shipping schedules.
- Maintaining quality standards and implementing cost control initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Driving efficiencies in transportation scheduling and management.
- Being open to relocation post-program completion.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Operations/Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Self-motivation, goal-driven attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Process and systems orientation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
