Participate in a 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program, preparing for a leadership role in transportation operations.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing an intensive 16-week leadership training program in operations management.
  • Learning the basic principles of the transportation industry, efficient cross-dock operations, leadership communication, and relationship building under the direction of a mentor.
  • Completing guided, independent study as part of the training program.
  • Interfacing daily with Support Center and Service Center associates to complete various aspects of the training.
  • Accompanying and observing an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
  • Accompanying drivers on local delivery routes to understand the freight delivery process.
  • Relocating to another facility upon completion of the program for the first leadership role in Operations.

About You:

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or at least two years of related work experience.
  • Acceptable driving history that aligns with company standards.
  • Flexibility and readiness to relocate as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Very strong work ethic.

  • Average annual starting pay: $50,000–$60,000.
