LMF Intern (Start ASAP)

Internship opportunity at Lennar Mortgage focusing on real estate finance, underwriting, and securitization.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in underwriting and performing due diligence of potential and new application returned loans
• Conduct financial modeling and data analysis
• Perform research on various U.S. markets and communicate with brokers
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed

About You:

Candidates should possess the following:

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in real estate, accounting, economics, finance, or related field
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Highly-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive thinking with a detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach
• Highly motivated with a proven track record of high achievement

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base compensation ranges from $22.00 per hour, subject to adjustments
• Eligibility for bonuses and commissions
