Livestream/E-Commerce Operation Specialist (Start ASAP)

Join Wahool as an Operations Specialist in Bellevue, WA, managing brand-sponsored TikTok livestreams and driving live selling success.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Partner with livestream hosts to develop and execute promotional strategies tailored to their niche, target audience, and buyer personas to drive sales.
• Provide in-depth training on product features, functionality, and key selling points to prepare and empower hosts.
• Manage daily livestream logistics including TikTok account setup, scheduling, and real-time support and communications.
• Monitor live streams actively and review performance data with hosts to improve engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with Wahool’s top livestream hosts to support creator growth.
• Assist in creating short-form video content to boost livestream traffic and brand awareness.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to work on-site at the Bellevue, WA studio.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with streaming applications such as TikTok Live Studio, OBS, or Streamlabs preferred.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and a "can-do" attitude.
• Well-versed in social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook; professional experience with TikTok Shop highly preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus for communication with global supply chains and platform partners.
• Social media content creation skills (filming/editing) are a strong plus.
