Lead Automation & Web Engineer (Start ASAP)

Eterna Indonesia is seeking a visionary and relentlessly curious Lead Automation & Web Engineer to pioneer the next generation of our digital infrastructure. This is not a typical developer role. We are looking for a foundational team member who will master and implement cutting-edge AI-enhanced workflows. As a core member of our internal team, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with major global AI companies and represent Eterna Indonesia while working with a diverse portfolio of international clients in sectors like renewable energy, technology, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and manage stunning, high-performance websites and web applications, primarily using Webflow.
• Spearhead our automation strategy, designing and deploying intelligent workflows using powerful platforms like N8N and scripting with Google Apps Script.
• Manage cloud hosting environments and lead development initiatives on Major Cloud Platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, etc.), ensuring scalability and security.
• Actively leverage our AI-enhanced systems and guidance tools to accelerate development cycles, improve code quality, and rapidly learn new technologies.
• Translate business needs from internal teams and external clients into tangible, automated solutions that deliver value.
• Act as a key technical representative and pioneer for Eterna Indonesia, exploring new tools and presenting innovative solutions to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with our global team.
• A deep-seated curiosity and the foundational experience required to build upon. You don't need to be an expert in all our tools on day one, but you must have a solid technical base and a tenacious, problem-solving drive.
• Solid foundational knowledge of web principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with Node.js is a strong asset.
• Experience with at least one no-code/low-code platform (e.g., Webflow, Wix, WordPress) and an understanding of its potential.
• Comfortable with version control tools (e.g., Git) and modern development practices.
• An open-minded and collaborative spirit, with the passion to build, experiment, and innovate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Webflow for building complex websites.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like N8N, Zapier, or Make, and/or scripting with Google Apps Script.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) in any capacity.
• Exposure to Any Developer AI Tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) in any capacity.
• An interest in visual design and user experience, with experience in tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe products.
• A genuine passion for leveraging AI to redefine development workflows and a curiosity to constantly explore what's possible.
