Programme fees range from $1,990 to $26,600, based on your selected destination, program type, duration, and time of year. The cost covers accommodation (if applicable), social activities, and other valuable inclusions to make your experience overseas complete.

Overview

As a law intern in our prestigious and award-winning programme, you’ll gain practical, real-world experience while receiving mentorship from experienced industry professionals. Your work may include attending client meetings, supporting case management, and conducting in-depth legal research.

In addition to placements in commercial and corporate law, our programme also offers opportunities in criminal justice internships, covering areas such as advocacy, psychology, legal research, and criminal law.

Responsibilities

Some of your responsibilities during a law internship abroad may include:

  • Researching and reporting on case studies and legislation
  • Assisting with trial, hearing, and deposition preparation
  • Attending client meetings and supporting clerical tasks

Available Programmes

  • In-Person Law Internships Abroad: Gain professional legal experience while immersing yourself in the culture of a global city.
  • Blended Law Internships: Spend 4 weeks abroad, then continue remotely with the same organization for 2–8 weeks. Enjoy up to 12 weeks of professional development with flexibility and cost savings.
  • Remote Law Internships: Boost your resume and grow your legal network from anywhere in the world. Includes flexible scheduling, career development training, and 12-month access to keynote talks from global business leaders.
  • Digital Nomad Law Internships: Travel abroad and work remotely in a new country. Live and work like a local while gaining valuable international legal experience.

Duration

Internships last between 4 and 24 weeks, depending on the programme and destination.

Start Dates

You can begin your law internship overseas at a time that suits you – we offer internship start dates every month, all year round.

Time Commitment

  • In-person programmes usually require full-time participation.
  • Remote and Digital Nomad programmes are available part-time or full-time.

Program Fees

Our programme fees cover accommodation (for in-person programmes), professional workshops, success coaching, cultural events, and more. Fees vary depending on destination and start date, but funding support such as scholarships and grants is available. Once accepted, you can secure your place with a deposit, with the remainder split into two instalments.
