Launch Intern (Start ASAP)

The Launch Internship at Citadel offers an 11-week paid program for engineering students to gain hands-on experience in finance technology and collaborate with industry experts.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Aid in creating technological tools that bring investing and trading strategies to life
• Work on high-performance, large data research platforms
• Collaborate in small teams to help build the future of finance
• Be immersed in the industry and see how tech is applied in finance
• Network and socialize with peers and connect with senior leaders at Citadel

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently a sophomore pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a STEM-related field
• Intermediate proficiency in at least one coding language
• Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative, complex and highly technical team environment
• Intellectual curiosity and passion for solving challenging problems using technology
• Adaptability, cultural fluency, resilience, and diverse life experiences are encouraged

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid internship with a base salary range of $4,300 to $4,800 per week
