Lab Operations (BioAnalytical) Intern (Jan 2026)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Maintain and monitor consumables/reagent inventory, ensuring accurate usage tracking and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including initiating purchase requests and drafting Material/Service Requests (MSRs).
• Prepare laboratory essentials such as pipette tip boxes and buffers to support daily operations.
• Assist in monthly chemical stock-taking and manage requests for new chemicals to support compliance and readiness.
• Conduct bi-weekly warehouse inventory reviews to reconcile records and identify potential supply risks.
• Contribute to process improvements, including developing low-stock alert systems, optimizing request workflows, and enhancing documentation practices.
• Report to the Lab Manager and collaborate with lab scientists.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Student or graduate in Chemistry or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel, including VBA and Macros.
