Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Follow the career roadmap supplied by mentors.
• Complete the renowned training program and execute continuous coaching.
• Contact clients daily to build and maintain relationships.
• Partner with clients, companies, and institutions to develop and execute individualized real estate investment strategies.
• Prepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value using market comparables and research.
• Research the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to active investors.
• Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear pathway to growth, operating with a team player mentality.

• Real estate license (not required for initial interview).
• Traits including team player mentality, high capacity to take direction and work autonomously, coachability, drive, commitment, strong communication skills, confidence, and urgency.
