Jr. Software Development Engineer - San Luis Obispo (Mar 2026)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Write real software and collaborate with experienced engineers
• Contribute regularly to impactful deliverables as a fully integrated team member
• Design and code solutions to complex technical challenges at Amazon
• Work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer
• Engage with a Jr. community in San Luis Obispo to build meaningful connections

About You

The company is looking for:

• Students able to start work in March 2026
• Previous technical internship experience, if applicable
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Ability to solve complex problems and work through ambiguity

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $16.83/hr to $75.63/hr depending on geographic market
