IT Asset Management Intern (Jun 2026)

Join CACI as an IT Asset Management Intern to support hardware and software asset lifecycle management in a mission-driven environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Process IT equipment requests
• Coordinate with end-users and support teams for asset deployment and decommissioning
• Complete imaging of computing devices
• Ensure quality and efficiency in request resolution requiring IT Asset Management expertise
• Develop and maintain asset-related documentation, processes, and procedures
• Identify areas for process improvement and communicate accordingly
• Perform reconciliation of IT asset records in the IT asset management repository
• Assist in resolving service requests related to fixed asset management issues
• Undertake other reasonable tasks and duties as required

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of IT asset management principles and practices
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with end-users and support teams
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
• Desired: ITIL v4 Foundations certification and ServiceNow experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $39,400 - $71,800, influenced by location, experience, skills, and certifications
