Join Fidelity Investments as a Branch Intern in Sugar Land, TX, supporting clients and gaining experience in personal investing and financial planning.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Provide customer service support to clients who call or visit the branch
  • Assist financial professionals with offering a full range of investment products and services
  • Collaborate with team members to bring fresh perspectives to solve business challenges
  • Participate in challenging work assignments to increase knowledge and gain valuable experience within the financial services industry
  • Identify new opportunities for enhancements to improve business and customer experience

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Undergraduate students in their junior year of college
  • Interest in investing and wealth management
  • Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking
  • Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations
  • Professional demeanor and collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of the current market, economy, and economic trends
  • Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing an extraordinary customer experience
  • Availability for in-person participation approximately three days or more per week from June 1 to August 7, 2026
  • Current college student who will return to coursework after the internship

Training & Development

  • Support from a direct manager and team throughout the summer
  • Participation in the FIDTERN Summer Series including webinars on career development, financial literacy, inclusion topics, community service activities, and networking events
  • Opportunity to work on business-critical projects to hone future career path

Career Progression

  • Gain valuable experience within the financial services industry to prepare for a future career in financial planning
