Investment Banking Summer Analyst (Jan 2027)

Join Texas Capital Securities as a Summer Investment Banking Analyst, gaining hands-on experience in M&A, capital markets, and advisory services within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancing, and leveraged buyouts.
• Research and analyze financial statements, economic conditions, acquisitions, divestitures, and investment attributes of public and private companies.
• Collaborate with a talented team of professionals, gaining broad exposure to issues affecting businesses today.
• Engage with senior-level professionals and take on substantial responsibility in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
• Designate an interest between M&A and Advisory or Capital Markets teams, focusing on tailored client solutions and capital-raising services.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree with graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Basic knowledge of and keen interest in finance.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
