Support client advisory and financial transactions as an O&A Analyst Intern at Deutsche Bank, gaining hands-on experience in a global investment bank.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing in-depth company and industry research and analysis.
- Supporting the execution of client advisory and financial transactions while managing multiple projects with rigid and, at times, global timelines.
- Preparing marketing materials and transaction documentation, including but not limited to confidential memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and analysis.
- Conducting detailed financial modelling, valuation, and forecasting of financial statements.
- Developing an understanding of the Bank’s product suite.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business and global teams in support of clients.
- Working within the Technology Industry Group.
About You:
Candidates should demonstrate the following:
- Strong foundational knowledge and interest in Corporate Finance and Accounting.
- Confident, constructive, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with rigid timelines.
- Problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and capacity to handle multiple projects.
- Interest and ability to work collaboratively across the Deutsche Bank platform and global teams.
- No formal mathematical or financial background required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must complete studies (all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between December 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027.
- Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and not require work visa sponsorship from Deutsche Bank, now or in the future.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annualized salary for this position is $110,000. Interns are not eligible for incentive compensation.
