Intern (Start ASAP)

Focused on the homebuilding process, this role offers a career with purpose in building zero defect homes.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Work with experienced associates in building single-family homes from foundation to completion
• Collaborate with trade partners on drywall, electrical, framing, plumbing, etc.
• Potentially resolve open issues with homeowners post-construction
• Evaluate the quality of homes
• Work as part of a team
• Gain exposure to a large corporate culture
• Perform community clean-up in inventory homes, models, and home sites
• Perform all other duties as assigned

About You:

Candidates must:

• Be currently attending a college or university, preferably in a construction management program
• Have basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Be committed to self-development
• Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Accept constructive feedback
• Be a team player
