Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with experienced associates in building single-family homes from foundation to completion
- Collaborate with trade partners on drywall, electrical, framing, plumbing, etc.
- Potentially resolve open issues with homeowners post-construction
- Evaluate the quality of homes
- Work as part of a team
- Gain exposure to a large corporate culture
- Perform community clean-up in inventory homes, models, and home sites
- Perform all other duties as assigned
About You:
Candidates must:
- Be currently attending a college or university, preferably in a construction management program
- Have basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Be committed to self-development
- Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
