As a Wealth Management Intern, you’ll gain industry knowledge, build financial and analytical skills, support marketing and sales, conduct market research, and learn about clients’ financial needs.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments.
- Provide marketing and sales support to branches and their teams.
- Perform market research.
- Gain exposure to wealth management business, products, services, and clients’ financial needs.
About You
What you'll need:
- High school diploma required; in pursuit of college degree preferable.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong desire to gain further understanding of the global wealth management business.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work on a team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected base pay between $15 to $20 per hour at commencement of employment, determined on an individualized basis.
- Compensation package may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages.
