Join Worley as a Junior/Graduate Instrumentation & Controls Engineer supporting nuclear sector projects with a focus on sustainable energy.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Assist in preparing engineering drawings and documentation such as loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and panel layouts.
- Support development of instrument data sheets, I/O lists, and cable schedules.
- Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings with multidiscipline teams.
- Conduct technical research and vendor data reviews to support design decisions.
- Assist with field walkdowns and support constructability and commissioning efforts.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools is an asset.
- Basic understanding of engineering codes and standards relevant to nuclear or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in developing a career in the nuclear industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Systems Engineering.
- Eligibility for Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and security clearance eligibility with Canadian nuclear facilities.
