Join ENERCON as a new graduate I&C Engineer to work on innovative digital energy projects and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Prepare engineering change packages and perform design studies
- Review OEM documentation to ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate with experienced engineers, project managers, and clients
- Collect field data and participate in system walkdowns at plant sites
- Apply codes and standards in project design
- Adapt to new software systems and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Contribute to technical excellence and project success
About You
The company is looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited school
- Graduation date between May and June 2026 preferred, available to start May–August 2026
- Preferred coursework in Circuit Analysis, Power Systems, and Control Systems
- Exposure to digital upgrade life cycle including feasibility studies, procurement specifications, design change packages, FAT/SAT test procedure development, installation, and testing
- Understanding of regulatory and industry digital upgrade standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, conduct walkdowns, and work outdoors
- Willingness to travel for client and company projects or meetings
- U.S. citizenship required for some federal contract roles
- Must pass pre-employment assessments, drug and alcohol screenings, background checks, and motor vehicle record checks
- No sponsorship available now or in the future
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $71,000 to $85,000, based on role, experience, and location
