Qualcomm offers a 2026 summer internship for Information Technology students to contribute to innovative AI, computing, and connectivity projects.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Assist in planning, designing, and implementing technology solutions supporting decision-making for stakeholders and business partners.
- Participate in multiple technical tracks including Data Analyst, System Analyst, and Project Management based on alignment with your resume.
- Engage in tasks such as ML and predictive modeling, system troubleshooting, QA testing, and project management methodologies.
- Collaborate with diverse teams across various locations including Austin, Boulder, Boxborough, Bridgewater, Chandler, Irvine, New York City, Louisville, Raleigh, San Diego, Santa Clara, and Seattle.
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- Available for 11–14 weeks during Summer 2026 (May–September).
- Expected graduation date of November 2026 or later.
- Strong communication skills, organized, adaptive, team player, collaborator, and self-starter.
- Preferred: Candidates graduating between November 2026 and June 2027.
- Track-specific skills:
- Data Analyst: Experience in ML, predictive modeling, test plans, SQL, statistics, optimization, Python, R, Tableau.
- System Analyst: Experience in troubleshooting production systems, system specification, QA testing.
- Project Management: Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, PMP or Scrum Master practices, Tableau for reporting and risk management.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $17.00 - $98.00.
