Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Mastercard’s mission to safeguard systems and data through cybersecurity initiatives
- Assisting with implementation of security monitoring procedures
- Contributing to development of technical documentation and project deliverables
- Gaining exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks such as PCI and GDPR
- Working with authentication protocols and vulnerability management practices
- Collaborating with engineering and business teams
- Engaging in automation efforts, threat modeling, and use of tools like Splunk and CyberArk
About You
The company is looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program majoring in Cyber Security or related field with graduation date December 2026 or beyond
- Earned or pursuing certification in a cybersecurity discipline or tool
- Experience or education in digital forensics
- Preferred participation in Capture the Flag events
- Preferred experience working with Splunk
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to tackle complex problems
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
