Manage manufacturing projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives at Amazon Robotics, a leader in robotic automation.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage one large or multiple smaller projects in a manufacturing environment, with project size and quantity based on candidate comfort and business priorities
- Take leadership roles on projects spanning various manufacturing operations
- Develop project schedules using MS Project or other chart tools and manage a risk register by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks
- Gather and analyze project data to monitor KPIs, create reports and dashboards, and use insights to shape program priorities
- Interface cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to deliver project requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by planning and implementing lean projects, collaborating with stakeholders on content and training development
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
- Enrolled in a U.S.-based degree program with at least one semester/term/quarter remaining after the co-op
- Eligible and available for a full-time (40 hours/week) 6-month co-op
- Preferred: prior co-op or internship experience in a professional environment
- Preferred: familiarity with MS Project or equivalent Gantt chart tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay ranges from $33.89/hr to $75.82/hr depending on geographic market
- Compensation varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
