Support Imaging Services with document management, meeting coordination, and clinical trial data review at a leading CRO.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Drafting, formatting, filing documents, and performing quality control reviews
  • Organizing meetings and social events, including agenda drafting, room booking, and meeting minutes
  • Managing media reception
  • Tracking, processing, and organizing documents, shipments, and invoices
  • Coordinating business trips and submitting expense reports
  • Managing office visits for external persons such as directors, candidates, sponsors, and new hires
  • Reviewing incoming medical imaging data for clinical trials to ensure initial quality standards
  • Performing project-related tasks such as updating spreadsheets, reports, presentations, correspondence, and access requests to Medpace systems

About You

The company is looking for:

  • High school diploma with some relevant professional experience in the respective field/area
  • Preferred: Pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to accurately follow procedures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for professional interaction with employees and external parties
  • Effective time management skills to complete tasks within established timelines
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability
  • No travel required
