Support Imaging Services with document management, meeting coordination, and clinical trial data review at a leading CRO.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Drafting, formatting, filing documents, and performing quality control reviews
- Organizing meetings and social events, including agenda drafting, room booking, and meeting minutes
- Managing media reception
- Tracking, processing, and organizing documents, shipments, and invoices
- Coordinating business trips and submitting expense reports
- Managing office visits for external persons such as directors, candidates, sponsors, and new hires
- Reviewing incoming medical imaging data for clinical trials to ensure initial quality standards
- Performing project-related tasks such as updating spreadsheets, reports, presentations, correspondence, and access requests to Medpace systems
About You
The company is looking for:
- High school diploma with some relevant professional experience in the respective field/area
- Preferred: Pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to accurately follow procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for professional interaction with employees and external parties
- Effective time management skills to complete tasks within established timelines
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability
- No travel required
