Job Description:
Annotators will be reviewing three images: an object in its original background, the objects mask, and the object in a new background. They will answer six questions evaluating the components of the three images, background type, mask quality, final image quality, etc.
Required Skills:
- Artistic Skills: Creativity and a good eye for detail and composition.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with image editing and annotation tools.
- Machine Learning Understanding: Basic knowledge of AI models and image generation techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to seamlessly extend backgrounds while maintaining visual coherence and realism.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in labeling and annotating the image to guide model predictions or edits.

The team leaders and managers are great to work with. They make for great reference people and points-of-contact for company affairs, and they do a great job of relieving the social disconnect that naturally comes from working from home.
Cons
I feel like my current role don't have much opportunity for career progression.
There are quite a lot of miscommunications amongst managers and sometimes. It would be nice if they confirm with each other first before disseminating announcements.

Needs to be aligned with my degrees.
There are certain changes in the company that are implemented too quickly and sometimes I can get caught off guard.
