Join PwC as a Talent Management intern supporting key initiatives in human capital and talent development within a global professional services firm.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Work on current and/or new projects supporting the Talent Management agenda
  • Plan and coordinate Talent Management initiatives, programmes, activities, and events including logistics and administrative tasks
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders
  • Update, improve, and develop Talent Management-related content and reference materials for internal platforms
  • Maintain and consolidate Talent data and records
  • Conduct research and analysis of programmes relevant to talent development as required

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Students pursuing studies in business, human resource management, social sciences, or psychology
  • Interest in people management and/or development functions
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to act quickly
