Join Accenture’s Human Resources Talent Accelerator Program as a Summer Analyst to gain hands-on experience in HR strategy, operations, and digital technologies.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Build a deep understanding of a real HR challenge facing Accenture
  • Research and analyze causes, impacts, and opportunities to solve HR issues
  • Create and present recommendations to your team and HR leadership for actionable solutions
  • Collaborate in person at Accenture offices or client sites to build strong relationships with teammates and clients

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Capital, Business, Psychology, or related field with anticipated graduation between December 2026 and August 2027
  • Prior internship or work experience
  • Strong academic record is a plus
  • HR experience from internships or school projects is advantageous
  • Comfortable sharing ideas both verbally and in writing
  • Leadership qualities with integrity and credibility
  • Ability to live and work in New York City for the summer internship
  • Willingness to work in person for collaboration and relationship building

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rate range: $27.00 to $32.00

Training & Development

  • Opportunity to work alongside HR industry professionals and gain hands-on experience
  • Exposure to various HR functions and real business challenges

Career Progression

  • Successful completion of the internship and college degree consideration for the two-year Talent Accelerator Program
  • Full-time employment with Accenture upon program entry
  • Three different assignments across HR business areas to develop skills and experience
