Human Resources interns collaborate across functions at Citadel, working on diverse HR projects within a leading alternative investment firm.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Partner closely with internal partners across various functions
• Work on a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually challenging team
• Receive an introduction to a variety of global human resources projects and processes
• Add value by identifying and implementing process-improvement opportunities
• Develop skills and solve complex business problems in the industry

• Highly driven by intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present information clearly and concisely

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $2,200 to $2,300 per week
