Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Apply advanced data analysis techniques and transform HR data into actionable insights
- Work closely with the HR Technology team to develop people metrics, scorecards, and dashboards measuring engagement, productivity, cost, and effectiveness of People initiatives
