Join PwC Singapore’s Corporate Sustainability team to support ESG initiatives, employee engagement, and community programs in a full-time internship.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Responsible Business team and stakeholders to deliver Corporate Responsibility (CR), Inclusion and Diversity (I&D), Wellbeing, and Culture and Values objectives
  • Drive ESG-related behaviour change campaigns, internal I&D events, employee wellbeing campaigns, and culture initiatives
  • Manage community investments such as PwC Singapore Foundation and volunteerism
  • Coordinate volunteering activities and support programme implementation, including working with charities, volunteer recruitment, tracking attendance and KPIs, and gathering feedback
  • Assist with implementation of key campaigns or events
  • Update internal sites and external PwC Singapore website for CR and I&D awareness
  • Support annual CR Assurance and development of the Annual Sustainability Report through data collection and stakeholder liaison

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Students from business, social science, social work, or psychology backgrounds preferred
  • Good English with excellent spoken and writing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
  • Design and communication skills relevant to the role and interest in Responsible Business topics
  • Energetic, motivated, enthusiastic, and confident
  • Strong record of co-curricular activities
  • Service-oriented with commitment to teamwork and excellence
