Supports HR by coordinating onboarding, managing program logistics, creating L&D communications, providing engagement analytics, and helping optimize HR processes and benefits delivery.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding training efforts
- Administer enrollment, attendance, travel, supplies, and materials for orientation and onboarding programs
- Create communication for Learning and Development platforms
- Enhance onboarding employee experience
- Optimize and standardize HR processes and programs
- Administer best-in-class solutions for benefits delivery
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, or Business
- Availability for a minimum of 12+ weeks full-time (40+ hours per week), on-site
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to embrace and adapt to change, with strong initiative and curiosity
- Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
