Join HP for a 12-week paid summer internship focused on HR projects supporting technology and business functions, with potential full-time conversion.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Work closely with Business Functions and Technology Strategy lead, HR business partners, HR specialists, and managers.
  • Learn about the business function and technology group's goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience, foster innovation and collaboration, and develop talent pipelines.
  • Engage with employees through surveys, focus groups, interviews, events, and communication facilitation.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives, including assessments, action plans, and awareness promotion.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year college and returning to school after the internship.
  • Eligible to work in the US without requiring future sponsorship.
  • Strong interest and curiosity in technology and its organizational impact.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Outlook.
  • Enrollment or a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, information technology, or a related field.

  • Hourly pay range: $23 to $32 (varies by location, knowledge, skills, and experience).
