Join our team today and be one of the Healthcare Support Representatives who organizes data, analyzes documents, and communicates with purpose.
What you'll do:
- Patient onboarding, scheduling, payment processing, among others to client’s VA platform using intuitive virtual assistant (audio) AI.
- Configure/customize Virtual Assistant (audio) AI based on the specific requirements of the practice (e.g., medical or health clinics).
- Reports weekly the performance of the virtual AIs to the customer’s clients (medical or health clinics).
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Medical Virtual Assistant (VA) experience is a strong advantage
- Willing to work onsite (Mandaue Office)
- Open to work in 3 shifting schedules

We do get trained on the workflows we're responsible for as needed.
The team leaders and managers are great to work with. They make for great reference people and points-of-contact for company affairs, and they do a great job of relieving the social disconnect that naturally comes from working from home.
Cons
I feel like my current role don't have much opportunity for career progression.
There are quite a lot of miscommunications amongst managers and sometimes. It would be nice if they confirm with each other first before disseminating announcements.

Needs to be aligned with my degrees.
There are certain changes in the company that are implemented too quickly and sometimes I can get caught off guard.
