Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform benchmarking analysis and analyze financial records to identify opportunities for improved financial performance
- Assist in creating project-related provisions such as project plans, implementation plans, communication plans, and financial models
- Create and deliver presentations
- Assist clients in implementing recommendations that drive economic and operational value
- Interface with all levels of management internally and at client sites
About You
The company is looking for:
- Pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or other master's program focused on business, finance, or healthcare
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and strong Excel skills
- Strong technical competencies
- Effective time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving attitude and innovative thinking to offer creative solutions
- Willingness to take initiative and close attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel depending on client commitments
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range for Illinois market: $28 to $32 per hour, based on experience, education, and skill set
- Non-exempt/hourly positions eligible for time and a half pay for hours worked over 40 per week
