Join IMC’s 10-week Hardware Engineer internship to work on challenging projects with mentorship and competitive compensation.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Enhance knowledge of algorithm complexity, professional design, and coding
  • Work on meaningful and challenging projects
  • Participate in classroom-based training covering financial markets, IMC technology, and hardware design

  • Engage in professional development sessions to envision your future at IMC
  • Attend a full schedule of events and social activities throughout the summer

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Current university student graduating between September 2026 and July 2027 pursuing Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related degree
  • Proficient experience in Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, or other RTL programming; additional software experience (C++, Python, or similar) is a plus
  • Desire to collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in Financial Markets; previous knowledge is not required
  • Availability to start internship on June 8, 2026

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly competitive compensation package with accommodations included
  • Base salary: $175,000
  • Eligibility for discretionary bonus and benefits including paid leave and insurance for full-time, permanent positions
