Graduate Trading Operations Specialist (Aug 2025)

Join IMC as a Trading Operations Specialist to manage high-volume data flow and enhance trading systems.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor, develop, manage, and update pricing tools.
• Act as a point of contact between traders and internal support desks.
• Liaison to external issuers, vendors, and data providers.
• Work and support the market-making trade book.
• Verify backend processes such as trade reporting and PnL recording.

About You:

Candidates should possess:

• A recent university graduate or current student graduating before August 2025 in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Econometrics).
• Strong quantitative skills and a superb eye for detail.
• Ability to develop and improve existing tools for significant results.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and communicate effectively.
• Experience in a programming language (e.g., Python, Matlab, or R) is advantageous but not required.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, with no prior knowledge required.
• A team player mentality.

Compensation & Benefits:

The base salary is $175,000 USD. Full-time, permanent positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave and insurance.
