IMC seeks Quant Traders to develop trading strategies and manage risk in a fast-paced, innovative global trading firm.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage in immersive, practical training to quickly acquire trading desk skills
- Develop, maintain, and improve trading strategies and algorithms
- Solve complex problems to positively impact the business
- Find competitive edges to drive market results while collaborating with IMC researchers, developers, and engineers
About You
The company is looking for:
- Current university student graduating between September 2025 and July 2026 in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics)
- Desire to learn and solve complex problems
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive, self-driven attitude
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, Matlab, or R is a plus
- Interest in financial markets; previous knowledge not required
- Availability for full-time employment starting February or August 2026
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $200,000
- Discretionary bonus eligibility
