Graduate Quantitative Researcher (BS/MS) (Feb 2026)

Join IMC as a Quantitative Researcher to develop and implement mathematical models that drive global trading strategies in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Build custom tools to explore new research ideas
• Design mathematical models based upon trading ideas
• Implement and deploy new models into production
• Maintain best practices to keep systems logical and consistent
• Work closely with Traders and Developers in a team-oriented environment

About You

The company is looking for:

• Current university student graduating between September 2025 – July 2026 pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or another highly quantitative field
• Passion for research and problem solving
• Approaches data analysis with rigorous thought processes and strong intuition
• Creative thinker driven to solve challenging problems collaboratively
• Proficiency in a programming language (Python, C, C++, etc.) is highly desired
• Availability for full-time employment starting in February or August 2026

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $200,000
• Discretionary bonus eligibility
• Benefits including paid leave and insurance
