Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in a year-long programme with exposure to diverse projects and ongoing professional and technical training.
- Work within the Private Bank division, supporting wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, and foundations globally.
- Collaborate closely with Corporate & Investment Bank and DWS to address client needs and create sustainable partnerships.
- Learn about business products and contribute to their design and development across wealth management facets.
- Work alongside Relationship & Investment Managers or specialty product teams to develop individual client solutions.
- Benefit from mentorship and a supportive network of peers.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Students or graduates completing all final exams and coursework between 1 January 2025 and 31 July 2026.
- Ability to start full-time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation.
- No more than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Intelligent, adaptable individuals with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Degree holders from various disciplines; formal mathematical or financial background not mandatory.
- Passion for finance and keen interest in chosen field.
- Record of academic achievement and eagerness to learn intensively.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, diverse culture.
