Graduate Program - Group Audit (Jul 2026)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support audit managers with audit planning and execution of day-to-day business and special projects
• Contribute to the success of audits, progressively handling more complex tasks
• Collaborate with contacts across Group Audit and various bank departments to gain insight into working methods and challenges
• Work within business-aligned teams (Investment Bank, Corporate Bank, Private Bank, Capital Release Unit), infrastructure-aligned teams (Technology, Risk, COO, Compliance, Sourcing, Anti-Financial Crime, Finance), or central teams (Methodology, Staff Development, Quality Assurance)

About You

The company is looking for:

• Students or graduates completing studies between 1 January 2025 and 31 July 2026
• Ability to start full-time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation
• No more than 12 months full-time relevant work experience
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Intelligent, adaptable individuals with excellent communication skills
• Degrees in various disciplines; formal mathematical or financial background not required
