Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a Global induction to gain broad business understanding and hear senior leadership vision.
  • Engage in Divisional Technical Training and Professional Skills Training.
  • Complete a 12-month continuous learning journey with networking and wellbeing programs.
  • Work alongside talented colleagues in a supportive culture on day-to-day business and special projects.
  • Contribute to innovative solutions helping clients achieve financial goals.
  • Perform multiple roles such as Sales and Product Management within Corporate Cash Management, Trade Finance & Lending, Trust & Securities Services, Institutional Cash Management, and Coverage teams.

About You

What you'll need:

  • Intelligence, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Degree in any discipline; formal mathematical or financial background not required.
  • Completion of all final exams and coursework between 1 January 2025 and 31 July 2026.
  • Ability to start full-time work in July 2026, subject to local legislation and visa requirements.
  • No more than 12 months full-time relevant work experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
