Join Deutsche Bank’s Graduate Program to gain hands-on experience in risk management within the Chief Risk Office, supported by global wellbeing initiatives.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in a year-long graduate program with rotations across different functions within the Chief Risk Office (CRO).
- Gain practical experience in key CRO areas, supporting risk management decisions through analysis and observation of market developments.
- Identify risks and their drivers, support calculation of potential risk exposure, and assist in setting risk appetites.
- Formulate solutions to mitigate financial and non-financial risks faced by the bank.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and collaborate closely with business divisions and infrastructure areas.
- Engage in both day-to-day business activities and special projects within the CRO.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Students or graduates completing all final exams and coursework between 1st January 2025 and 31st July 2026.
- Ability to start full-time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
- No more than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Intelligent, adaptable individuals with excellent communication skills.
- Degrees in various disciplines; formal mathematical or financial background not mandatory.
- Good levels of numeracy for some roles; comprehensive training provided.
