The Deutsche Bank Graduate Program offers a year-long rotational experience in Finance, providing exposure to diverse financial functions and professional development.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in multiple rotations across various Finance areas, gaining insight into core responsibilities.
  • Owning specific deliverables within teams during rotations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide accurate financial results and insights.
  • Engaging in activities such as financial and regulatory reporting, treasury and liquidity reporting, maintenance of official books and records, and special projects.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Students or graduates who complete their studies between 1st January 2025 and 31st July 2026.
  • Ability to start full-time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation.
  • No more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Intelligent and adaptable individuals with excellent communication skills.
  • Degrees in various disciplines; formal mathematical or financial background not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annualized salary of $62,000 (excluding incentive compensation or other remuneration).
