Graduate Industry Traineeship – Risk Services - Regulatory Risk & Compliance (Start ASAP)

Join PwC’s Risk Services team to support financial services clients in regulatory risk and compliance, driving trust and innovation in a global network.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support business development including proposals and pitches with financial services clients.
• Assist managers in developing and implementing regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop compliance monitoring plans, conduct compliance testing, and recommend improvements to strengthen processes and controls.
• Participate in regulatory compliance reviews and audits for financial services audit clients.
• Collaborate with the digital services team to support IT regulatory compliance solutions implementation.

About you

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Accountancy, Business, or Finance students from local or overseas universities preferred.
• Graduated in 2024 or 2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other educational institutions, or completed National Service in 2024 or 2025 if graduated earlier.
• Candidates completing studies in 2025 but receiving qualifications in 2026 are welcome to apply.
• Keen to develop professionally with strong motivation, enthusiasm, confidence, and creativity.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player and eager learner.
