Graduate Hardware Engineer (Feb 2026)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Enhance knowledge of trading, algorithm complexity, system design, and coding
• Work within systems involving a mix of software and cutting-edge hardware technologies
• Develop hardware designs and tests
• Drive projects from ideation to production
• Explore innovative low-latency techniques for implementation within the trading system
• Build relationships across technology and trading teams

About You

The company is looking for:

• Current university student graduating between September 2025 – July 2026 pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, or other RTL programming; additional software experience (C++, Python, or similar) is a plus
• Desire to collaborate with non-engineers in a dynamic environment
• Interest in Financial Markets; previous knowledge not required
• Availability for full-time employment starting February or August 2026

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $175,000
• Discretionary bonus eligibility
